Site Intelligence

Every truck, crew and near miss. Counted.

Aventyr turns the cameras already on your site into verified reports: subtrade hours, truck cycle times, speeding, rolling stops and your busiest hours. Every line comes with the clip that proves it.

Why sites ask for this

The questions every site manager is already asking.

These come straight from the construction and aggregate operators we report for today. None of them need new hardware to answer.

"We pay for hours we can't verify."

Subtrade timesheets say ten hours. Nobody can say when the crew actually showed up or left, and adding it all up by hand takes a day.

→ Monthly time audit per company and per crew, totals done for you
"We can't prove what the haulers did."

Loads get billed by trucks you never logged. Disputes turn into your word against theirs.

→ Plate-by-plate hauler audit matched to tickets
"We hear about near misses after someone's hurt."

Speeding on the haul road and rolling stops at the gate happen every day. Nobody logs them until there's an incident.

→ Speed and stop-sign compliance with a clip for every event
What we measure

Three kinds of answers from one set of cameras.

Pick the reports you need. We set up the zones, lines and rules for your site, and a person checks every flagged event before it reaches you.

  • Subtrade time and attendance per company, with monthly totals
  • Split reports for any single subtrade or crew
  • First and last vehicle on site every day
  • Hauler audit by plate, matched to billed loads
  • Visitor and delivery log without a gatehouse

Darker means more trucks. Tuesday 7 to 8 am is this site's crunch, so that's when an extra loader or scale hand pays off.

Hauler audit

Match every plate to every ticket.

Third-party haulers bill by the load. We read every plate at the gate and the scale, then line it up against the tickets you were billed for. Anything that doesn't match gets flagged with video.

Plates read at the gate in and out, day and night
  • 2

Next step: automation

The same data can run your scale house.

Once we know how trucks move through your site, Aventyr Auto Scale can take the routine scale-desk transactions off your team's hands and send only the exceptions to a person. Your current scale software stays your system of record.

How it works

Live in days, not months.

Connect

We connect to the cameras you already have. No good camera coverage? We bring an AutoGuard unit.

Configure

We draw your gates, speed zones, stop lines and loading areas, and set the rules with you.

Verify

The AI flags events. An Aventyr analyst checks each one before it goes in your report.

Report

Weekly or monthly reports in your client portal, with totals done and a clip on every flagged line.

Questions

What people ask before they start.

Do we need new cameras?

Usually not. We connect to most modern IP camera systems already on site. If there are gaps, such as no view of the gate or the haul road, we add an AutoGuard unit to cover it.

Do you track individual workers?

No. Site Intelligence reports by company and crew, not by individual worker. Attendance is built from vehicle plates, gate activity and on-camera headcounts.

How do I know the numbers are right?

The AI flags events, and an Aventyr analyst checks each one before it goes in your report. Every flagged line links to the video, so you can see it for yourself.

Who sees the reports?

Only the people you name. Reports and clips are delivered through your Aventyr client portal and can be exported for accounting, safety or a hauler dispute.

How often do we get reports?

Weekly or monthly, whichever suits the site. Most customers start monthly for contractor hours and weekly for traffic safety.

What does it cost?

It depends on the number of cameras and which reports you want. You get one monthly price after the 7-day snapshot, once we both know what your site needs.
